Welcome to MedicalHup. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MedicalHup website, mobile applications, products and related services.

By accessing MedicalHup, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. About MedicalHup

MedicalHup is an online platform offering medical equipment, healthcare supplies, laboratory and diagnostic products, dental products, medicines, treatments, supplements and other health-related products.

References to “MedicalHup,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to MedicalHup and the legal entity operating the platform.

Certain products may be supplied by approved third-party sellers. Where applicable, the relevant seller information will be displayed on the product page, order confirmation or invoice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or place an order.

If you use MedicalHup on behalf of a company, hospital, clinic, pharmacy or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Keep your account details updated
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login information
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account

MedicalHup will never ask you to disclose your password through email, telephone or unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access or a breach of these terms.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content available on MedicalHup is provided for general information and product-selection purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before:

5. Product Information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability. However:

6. Medicines and Regulated Products

The sale and supply of medicines, medical devices and other regulated products are subject to the applicable laws and requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

MedicalHup may:

  • Request a valid prescription or additional information
  • Restrict the quantity of certain products
  • Decline or cancel an order that does not meet regulatory requirements
  • Limit the sale of certain products to licensed healthcare establishments or qualified professionals

Customers must not purchase regulated products for unlawful resale, misuse or distribution.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other fees will be shown before the order is completed.

We may correct pricing, description or calculation errors. If an error affects an order, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. MedicalHup may use approved third-party payment providers to process transactions securely.

The availability of a payment method may depend on the order value, delivery location or payment provider’s requirements.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. An order is accepted once MedicalHup or the relevant seller confirms that it has been processed for fulfilment.

We may reject or cancel an order in cases including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Failed or unauthorized payment
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Regulatory or prescription requirements
  • Unusually large or commercial quantities

If a paid order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method.

9. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the order.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Some medicines, sterile products, temperature-controlled products and personal-care items may not be returnable for health and safety reasons unless they are defective, damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable Saudi laws.

11. Third-Party Sellers

Where a product is offered by a third-party seller, that seller is responsible for the accuracy of its product listing, product quality, regulatory compliance, fulfilment and applicable warranty obligations.

MedicalHup may assist customers in communicating with sellers and resolving complaints. However, each seller remains responsible for its own products and obligations to the extent permitted by law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MedicalHup for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Access another person’s account without permission
  • Interfere with the platform’s security or operation
  • Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code
  • Copy, scrape or collect platform data without authorization
  • Use automated systems to place orders or manipulate availability
  • Resell restricted products unlawfully
  • Submit abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content
  • Infringe the rights of MedicalHup, its sellers or any third party

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with the relevant authorities where required.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, rating, image, question or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience
  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • It does not violate another person’s rights
  • It is not unlawful, misleading, offensive, or promotional spam

You grant MedicalHup permission to display, reproduce and use the submitted content for operating and promoting the platform.

We may remove content that violates these terms or our review guidelines.

14. Intellectual Property

The MedicalHup name, website design, logos, graphics, software, text, images and other platform content are owned by or licensed to MedicalHup and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the platform only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By using MedicalHup, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed to manage your account, complete orders, provide support, prevent fraud and improve our services.

17. Platform Availability

We aim to keep MedicalHup available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or modify any part of the platform for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.

18. Warranties and Liability

Products may be covered by manufacturer or seller warranties. Warranty conditions vary by product and will apply alongside any mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicalHup will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from:

MedicalHup may suspend or terminate access to an account if the user:

  • Fails to make a required payment

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations arising before the termination date.

Updated terms will take effect once published on the platform. Continued use of MedicalHup after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We encourage customers to contact our customer-support team first so we can attempt to resolve any concern fairly and promptly. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

22. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
