Minimum 6 Months of Shelf Life
- In case of products which have shelf life greater than 1 year, all items delivered by Medikabazaar are guaranteed to have at least 6-month shelf life remaining, upon delivery.
- In case of products which have shelf life less than 1 year, all items delivered by Medikabazaar are guaranteed to have at least half of their shelf life remaining upon delivery.
- If this is not true for any case, then you can file a return request. Please go through the Return Policy to ensure, you are eligible for the same. Refund for full amount will be initiated on confirmation by our team, and you will receive an email notification on the same. Medikabazaar at its discretion can deny a request for return if it considers the request to not be genuine.
- This policy is applicable just for consumables and disposables.
Free Shipping
- Medikabazaar shall bear the cost of shipping for all products (above ₹300) anywhere in India, for the first order.
- From the second order onwards, on orders below ₹1,000, a delivery fee of ₹50 will be applied.
- This policy is not applicable to big and heavy equipment.
7-Day Replacement Policy
You may raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days for any of the following reasons. - Product is physically damaged in transit. (Ideally, you should not accept the package if you receive a damaged consignment as evident from the packaging)
- Product has manufacturing defect and is not working properly (in case of equipment/instrument)
- Some part/accessory of the product that should be included is missing.
- Received wrong product.

No complex T&C for cancellations. You can now initiate order cancellation on your dashboard any time before dispatch. Refund (wherever applicable) will be initiated within 2 business days post cancellation.

- COD enabled for select products only. If all items in your cart are COD enabled, then COD service will be available on checkout. Max. cart amount applicable for COD is ₹25,000.
- COD handling fee may be applicable and is non-refundable.
