Minimum 6 Months of Shelf Life
- In case of products which have shelf life greater than 1 year, all items delivered by Medikabazaar are guaranteed to have at least 6-month shelf life remaining, upon delivery.
- In case of products which have shelf life less than 1 year, all items delivered by Medikabazaar are guaranteed to have at least half of their shelf life remaining upon delivery.
- If this is not true for any case, then you can file a return request. Please go through the Return Policy to ensure, you are eligible for the same. Refund for full amount will be initiated on confirmation by our team, and you will receive an email notification on the same. Medikabazaar at its discretion can deny a request for return if it considers the request to not be genuine.
- This policy is applicable just for consumables and disposables.

You may raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days for any of the following reasons. - Product is physically damaged in transit. (Ideally, you should not accept the package if you receive a damaged consignment as evident from the packaging)
- Product has manufacturing defect and is not working properly (in case of equipment/instrument)
- Some part/accessory of the product that should be included is missing.
- Received wrong product.
